When there are several people, i.e. staff, customers, and adjusters involved in an email exchange, it can get quite long and confusing to sort out. Sometimes you just need to know who is doing the communicating to and from and what the conversation was about.
This View button breaks down those threads into individual emails where you can easily sort by date, sent by, sent to, and the category, subject and department. You can also view emails all or pick a specific department to view.
(find this screen by going to main jobs tab > select job > journal > view button)
- Search Text - lets you search the text of the email by body, subject or created by.
- Export List - Exports your search results to Chronicle PDF exporter where you can format your PDF document before printing.
- View Journal Entry - clicking on a single entry opens the entry into the full Journal screen where you have more options.
- Column headers - will sort the information in the list.
