Email Provider requirements

Chronicle is an email client only that uses POP3 and SMTP connections server side to connect to a singular "catch-all" mailbox specified in the Main System Setup, to download and process email into the database for the individual users.

POP Requirements:

• Catch-all type mailbox set up at provider. Example: mailbox@yourdomain.com
• Automatic email forwards from the individual@yourdomain.com to mailbox@yourdomain.com

SMTP Requirements:

• mailbox@yourdomain.com must have "send as" permissions for each individual user (in Office365 this must be done for each individual mailbox separately).
