Chronicle needs to be installed on all computers from which employees will be accessing Chronicle from. You can install on as many computers as you like. Even ones from home (these will require that the network allow them through the firewall if you have one.)
You'll need to add each person to Chronicle before that user will be able to access Chronicle, but you can install Chronicle before or after you've added them. Their user name and password uses the same format as yours. User is the first four letters of the last name and first two letters of the first name and the password is the first name, all lowercase.
Here is a help article on adding people to the system: Adding People
When you purchased Chronicle, you selected the number of logins you wanted. For example you purchased 5 seats. This means that any 5 employees can be logged in at any one time even though you have given 10 employees login access.
Now that your server is ready, and you're working in Chronicle, you have access to Training and Support for as long as your subscription is up to date. You can contact us at: support@gochronicle.com or training@gochronicle.com. Or by connection to the Help system located in the Menu Icon upper right corner of Chronicle.
In the mean time, feel free to explore Chronicle or begin adding information into the system! Be sure to call us if you have any questions about the install process or the product in general.
