Chronicle can collect feedback concerning a job or a person (employee). When recording this feedback, you want to know two things about the feedback: its source and type.
Defining Job Feedback Source
The feedback source tells you where the feedback came from. The default settings are customer, supervisor, agent adjuster, subcontractor, and other. You can see these sources in both the job and people files on the Feedback tab.
Defining Job Feedback Types
The default settings for feedback types are breakage, cleanliness, courteousness, quality of work, timeliness, work ethic, and other. These settings are used in the job and people files on the Feedback tab and the results are show in the Bonus Manager where they can be used to determine bonuses.
