NexTraq and Chronicle Integration

Note: NexTraq user accounts only have access to the NexTraq web portal. You must purchase Web Services functionality as well so that Chronicle and Nextraq can communicate with one another.

If you already are an existing NexTraq Customer to enable Chronicle integration with NexTraq you must:

1. Contact your customer account manager or a sales representative at NexTraq, and ask them to set up web services for your account. Let them know Chronicle sent you as this will allow for Chronicle's special pricing (see below).

2. NexTraq will have you sign a non-disclosure agreement and web services agreement form.

3. A special NexTraq web services account will be created for you with a username and password.

4. This is the username and password that you must enter into the MSS> Program Links sub tab> NexTraq sub tab> in the Chronicle client.

If you are a new NexTraq customer to enable Chronicle integration with NexTraq you must: 

1. Contact Joshua Sikorski (Joshua.Sikorski@nextraq.com) and let him know that you would like NexTraq with Web Services so you can integrate with Chronicle and mention Chronicle's special pricing (see below).

2. NexTraq will have you sign a non-disclosure agreement and web services agreement form.

3. A special NexTraq web services account will be created for you with a username and password.

4. This is the username and password that you must enter into the MSS> Program Links sub-tab> NexTraq sub-tab> in the Chronicle client.

*Chronicle's Pricing:
-NexTraq web services setup fee is waived for any Chronicle customers.
-NexTraq's annual subscription fee for web services is still applied on a tiered level.
