When you make an event, you can decide whether you want to print or email the days events to those associated to the event. You can even print/email a selected time frame of events. This email is in addition to the email you can send out when creating the event. To just print a single event, right click on the event and select Print Event.
- Select the Group to print or email for.
- Check or uncheck the print/email boxes to select those for whom you wish to print/email for.
- Select the time from to print/email for.
- Include a summary page, map, or other job related information.
- Selecting the Print/Email button will print the event and open a journal screen so you can email it.
