This tab has two sections: Job Search and Job View:
Job Search (left side of the jobs tab):
To use predefined job searches: Select any one of the drop down lists to refine a selection. |
My Jobs: button shows jobs you are associated to. Drop-down can show recently opened jobs and more.
Active Production: button shows all jobs with an active production department. Drop-down shows jobs with no sold price.
All In Progress: button shows all jobs with an active department. Drop-down shows all unsold jobs or jobs with a particular department and more.
Custom Search: allows you to create your own search parameters. Clicking on the button opens the custom conditions screen where on the left of the screen you select what you want to add to the search and on the right, provide any detail of the condition. Once you have made your selection click find jobs. Once the jobs have been found you are able to save the search for future searches. You can the saved ssearch from either the saved search button on the Jobs tab or find it in your reports list on the Reports tab. |
Saved Searches: clicking on this button allows you to pick from your saved searches that you custom created. Once you have opened up a saved search you can delete any of the conditions of the search if they no longer apply.

Find search field: Text searches automatically search for first name, last name, description, site name job number, job ID2, ID3 and ID4, and street address. And you can search active or deleted jobs.
Multiple search tabs: If you’re working with a list of jobs and need to find a specific job or want to also see a different list of jobs, open multiple tabs. To do so, click the +New button in the upper right of the screen. Or once a tab is added, click the "x" on the tab to open more. |
Dock/Undock tabs: Double click any tab header to undock that tab and move to a different screen if you like. Or simple drag the tab to a different part of the screen to an other monitor. You can also resize the new screen and to re-dock simply drag it back over the job window. If you need to open a new job search just use the +new tab button.
Right click on a job in the list: This will open a menu that shows you other actions you can take with the selected job.
Job View (right side of jobs tab) select a job to work with:
InfoPanel Tabs: can be customize in the System Setup.
InfoPanel Buttons:
- Notes & Emails: add a note or send an email.
- Open Job file: opens job file or drop-down lets you create a reminder or view a map and more.
- Docs: view or add a document.
- Costs & Planning: view the budget, job costs, labor or project plan for the selected job.
- Schedule: add an even or view a list of events for the selected job.
- Panel button all the way to the right: lets you print or refresh the InfoPanel.
