From anywhere in the program you can click on this menu icon to get access to Chronicle's Help system or to submit a support ticket.
Help: Sends you to the browser version of Chronicle's extensive help system.
Release Highlights: When Chronicle puts out something you new, you can view quick video snippets of the feature.
Contact Support: Opens a support ticket for you. Check to make sure your contact info is correct. If not you can make changes or better yet, make the changes in your person file for future tickets. All you need to add is a subject, detailed description, and screen shots if you have any. The best way to easily grab a screen shot is to use Windows snipping tool. Just search Windows for:
Send Feedback: Opens up an online survey to give feedback.
Community: Gives you a place to talk to other Chronicle users.
Main System Setup: Make changes to default settings of the system.
User Preferences: Each user can make changes to how their Chronicle login looks.
Open Windows: Sometimes windows open up behind Chronicle. This brings them to the front.
