Profitability Snapshot: Cost, Revenue, & Profit Overview

The Profitability Snapshot shows revenues, labor costs, materials and subcontracting costs, gross profits, and profit percentages. This gives you a financial overview for any period you choose. You can see this financial overview for entire departments or for individual jobs.

Getting to the Profitability Snapshot: Go to your Home page and click Profitability Snapshot under Management Tools. (If you don’t see Profitability Snapshot there, click the Edit button over the Tools list and check the box next to that tool and any other tools you’d like to include in your list.)

Getting more detail: When you see the overview for any department, just double-click the department to see the financial information for that department’s jobs in the selected period. To see detail about any job, just double-click the job.
