Monitoring Marketer Performance

The Marketer Performance Report is found in the Marketing Manager and will allow you to see if your marketers are reaching the bench marks that you put in place. Then you can compare that to the jobs that have been received.

• Marketers will still record actual expenses but you can now compare that to the allowed expense amount you set up for them.
• Marketers will send marketing emails, add notes, and complete marketing tasks. This shows how many touches or points of contact they have made.
• Marketers will still record each time they call, email, phone, etc, a contact and you can view which activities they are doing.
• Marketers can now be associated to contacts and if any of these contacts are associated to a job this will also show up in the report.
