These documents are specific to the location/office selected. Job documents should not be saved here but rather in the job file on the docs tab found there.. An example of an office document might be heir price list or if a customer you might save a copy of the janitorial contract.
This docs tab works the same as all other docs tabs in the system. You can add, open, delete, email, fax, rename it or change its security level. If you email these documents you can also see the email/fax history.
In most cases, you will not ever need to save any documents here:
