This problem normally only occurs when you first set up the link between QuickBooks and Chronicle. It can happen if you have names are entered differently in Chronicle and QuickBooks or if names in QuickBooks are not entered in the format of Lastname, Firstname. For example, if a customer named Samwise Gamgee is in Chronicle and you have Samwise Gamgee or Gamgee, Sam in QuickBooks, you will get duplicate customers; if you have Samwise Gamgee in Chronicle, you must have Gamgee, Samwise in QuickBooks for the programs to find a match.
If you have an organization or company in QuickBooks, the company name must be filled in or Chronicle won't recognize it as an organization.
This problem only occurs during the period following the initial link; as you add new customers in Chronicle, they are automatically transferred to QuickBooks, so the names always correspond.
