When a customer calls in saying that they are getting kicked out of Chronicle and the message they are getting is that the backup is over <insert number here> days old you will need to run the Chronicle backups using the Chronicle DBMaintenance (Backup tool.
When the backup finishes you can let the customer know that the backups have been run and that the pop up will stop coming up.
Once the backup is complete, transfer the CTI file from the ChronDBTemp folding under cBackup to the Data folder under the Chronicle folder.
*NOTE: This does NOT need to be done if the cause was something that could not be related to a problem with the database (e.g. the application was closed)*
1) Server was logged out and never logged back in
2) Chronicle DBMaintenance was shut down
