*To make sure that the job note you are adding is associated to a specific job, be sure to start the journal entry from the job just like you do on the desktop.
You can start a job note from one of two places on the Job screen:
1. From the job detail screen, click on the "+" sign in the upper right hand corner to "add job note"
2. From the job detail screen, click on "journal" and then the "+" sign in the upper right hand corner to "add job note"
You then can see which job it is associated to. If the space next to the link symbol is blank that means the note is not associated to any job.
*Voice activated typing. Not only can you use the key board to type a journal note, you can have Siri type the note for you! Making adding notes a cinch!
To have Siri transcribe the note for you, tap in the subject or message box and a keyboard will appear. Select the "speaker" icon next to the space bar and say what you want to write. Then click save and your spoken word will be saved to the text box. Make corrections if needed and save.
